Processing & Delivery Timeline - All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery may take an additional 20–30 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance timelines.
Please note: We do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Partners - We ship internationally via trusted courier partners such as UPS International and DTDC International, based on your location.
Return/Refund - No International Orders are returnable or exchangeable.
Customs & Import Duties - New USA tariffs and duties are payable by the customer. For all other countries, customs duties/fines/tariffs etc are the customer’s responsibility. Any customs duties, fines, tariffs, taxes or import fees are not included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these fees and are unable to provide estimates in advance.

Order Tracking - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your AWB (Airway Bill) number and a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment. No order can be cancelled or refunded after this stage.
Order Cancellation - We do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.
